OUR STUDIO IS CLOSED FOR THE YEAR

We're getting some much needed rest, and we hope you're doing the same. Do some things that fill your cup up and say no to things that don't. Eat something delicious, go outside, and pick up a good book. Thank you for all of the love and support. Don't worry about joining our newsletter... I just can't figure out how to turn that part of this pop-up off. Oh technology...

The Lauren Print

Sale price$35.00

This is the 7th print in our community-led Greenhouse series. The illustration is of a Peace Lily plant that Lauren B. from Decatur, GA shared with us. This plant, and the story behind it, so wonderfully and beautifully embody the spirit of this project. We think Lauren’s words about the plant are all you need to know, “The resilience of plants never ceases to amaze me. This peace lily was from my great-grandmother’s funeral in 1996. My Nana kept it for years and then sent it to live with me when it was clinging to life with only a few leaves left. With a little bit of special care and a whole lot of love over the past few years, it’s now thriving and putting out new leaves like crazy. It serves as a daily reminder that while progress takes time, action, and hard work, the reward is truly incomparable.”

We hope that this print will be a reminder to you, and to us, that resilience is a large, sometimes jagged, sometimes tender piece of life’s puzzle.

This print has six custom colors that we print on our Vandercook printing press one color at a time.
