Custom Stationery
Once you have placed your custom stationery order, you will receive an email within 1-3 business days with a digital proof for you to double check. If any changes are needed, we will make those within 1 business day and send it back to you. Once we have your seal of approval, we can move forward with printing, and your stationery will be ready to ship within 2-3 weeks.
Note: We will always try to have your order completed in the most timely fashion possible, but please remember there are just two humans running this business and quality takes time.
If you need your stationery faster than the usual 2-3 week turnaround, please reach out to us at hello@brownparcelpress.com. We will let you know if that's possible with our current printing schedule, and if expedited shipping is needed, we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping charges to be paid before proceeding with the rush turnaround.
We've tried to make placing your custom order as seamless as possible, but we also know sometimes the internet gremlins make placing online orders extra difficult.
